Politique de remboursement


All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

Our goal is always for you to be happy with your purchase so if your product has been damaged in shipping or you have received a wrong product, you can return it back if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Please be sure to contact us within 5 days of received your order.


REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 



Please contact us by mail to know where you should return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
